A deposit of 50% of the rental fee is required to secure the room. $100 of your deposit will be forfeited if you cancel the reservation within the 90 days prior to day 1 of your show.
- Cleaning deposit: A $50 Deposit will be taken at time of reservation and refunded upon exit of the show if the room is left as it was found. All trash must be removed from gallery. Dumpsters are available in the back alley.
- Show is open the same days and hours as Gallery SoHo (Thursday - Sunday, 11 A.M. - 4 P.M.) unless otherwise arranged. You must man your own show.
- All show sales will be through Gallery SoHo. For your convenience we accept Visa and Mastercard as well as take care of paying state sales tax for you. PVAA will retain a 20% commission on your total show sales, and issue you a check after the closing of your show.
- Get your show information to us before the 15th of the month prior to the show date, and we will advertise it in the PVAA monthly newsletter and on the PVAA website. If you have flyers made, we will have them available to the public at the Second Saturday Art-Walk prior to your show, as well as in Gallery SoHo.
- Parking: Parking is available 1 block away in the lot on the corner of Third and Main St. Additional closer parking is limited to 2 hours. There is 24 minute parking available for drop off directly in front of the gallery.
- Gallery SoHo is not responsible for any damages that may occur while renting the facility.
